We take pride in delivering premium coffee. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unopened
- In original condition and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened coffee

Unsealed items
(This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hour

Include photos where possibles.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Processed once returned goods are received and inspected.
Issued to your original payment method
Shipping costs refunded only if the item is faulty.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
